Site Todo List

A To Do list compiled as a document. Not the best way to compile your todo list, but it's a start. I also use it to test all possible mark-up combination and tune the weblog css.

Rules of the game

  • Anything is allowed
  • Mark 1 nice to have but not relevant.
  • Mark 5 vital.

5 - Create a Todo django model

To replace this document, obviously. There is a django todo application to look at. Look at evernote as well in relation to this post http://norman.walsh.name/2009/11/01/evernote. Ideally, it would be nice if the model could automatically create a document like this one from its entries.

4 - Comments

Allow for comments using DISQUS.

2 - Logging

Simon Willison work on django logging is part of django 1.2 release.

5 - Event/calendar application

For tracking public events and display them nicely on the site.

3 - Check Hierarchical Database

Useful for cms and page tree. Maybe can be used for sitemap as well.

1 - Feedback

Look into feedback application at http://uservoice.com/
